Incall massage (at my studio):

• 25 Minutes: This is the massage for when you need a quick fix. It’s the massage for when you have specific areas that need all of the attention: $45

• 50 Minutes: This massage is the go-to massage for when you hurt all over or when the week has been brutal and you need to Zen out. $70

• 75 Minutes: This massage is best for relaxation and it’s great to combat touch-deprivation. This massage is not recommended for mothers-to-be. $95

• Manual Stretching: Use this 15-minute add-on to up your massage experience to the next level. This is perfect for athletes or if you are just getting into exercise. $25

Outcall massage (I drive to you):

• This service is currently unavailable in Pensacola.

Discounts: Seniors (60+), active duty military, law enforcement officers, teachers, students, firefighters, and healthcare workers receive $20 off each massage session. Please mention if you fit in any of these categories when you first communicate with me. I also offer $40 discounts to regular clients (clients who have had at least two appointments in the past 365 days) for one massage session that is scheduled to take place during their birth month.

Policy: Discounts cannot be combined.

Please note: I do not do deep tissue. Chances are, you don’t need it! I believe proper technique can get the job done. Applying heavier pressure can leave you feeling worse than you felt before the massage session.

My massage style is heavily inspired by Lomi Lomi and Swedish traditions. My massage techniques and yoga style are flow-focused.
